Education: M.B.B.S. M.S.(GENERAL SURGERY).

He has Specialised in Burns Care Management.He is also Specialised in Training of First Aid Management.
Dr. Setiya is also associated with:-
1. BHARATIYA JAIN SANGHATANA(BJS):- Has also won Best Working Member Award for 2 years and is also associated with the management Committee Member. Medical Director-BJS College, school and hostel at Wagholi. Relief Work at Bhuj earthquake(Jan-2001) Medical team of 10 doctors and staff was sent to run a hospital in Rajkot for 10 days.
2. S.M. Joshi Memorial Association's Arogya Sena: Dr. Setiya was working as vice chief of Arogya Sena. He was working since foundation of this organization and his invaluable contribution towards inception of this unique health army.
* SARS: Dr. Setiya's presence of mind helped his team to achieve commendable success to overcome this dreaded disease and also help in curtailing the deadly virus from spreading and causing / becoming an epidemic.
Organized and participated in various helath camps held by Lions club, Rotary club in pune. Has given various lectures on AIR on various health topics. Was appointed by "MASHAV" unit of Israel to attend DISASTER MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP in 2001. Doctor of the year award by Medijain and also life member of IMA and ASI.
